You will be bridging the gaps in site operations. You will be responsible for ensuring all the operations are carried out as per set standards (SOP) and the aesthetic appeal of green spaces is maintained at a premium level at all times, as well as managing on-site coordination with all stakeholders and resources.
Core Responsibilities
- Site Supervision:
- Oversee daily maintenance activities (mowing, pruning, weeding, edging).
- Supervise and train in office gardening crews.
- Conduct site walkthroughs with vendors or site managers.
- Manage attendance, productivity, and safety protocols.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports of the site.
- Ensure all softscape elements meet high-quality aesthetic standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or Forestry.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Identification skills for ornamental plants, turf grass, and trees.
- Basic understanding of fertilizers, pesticides, chemicals, gardening tools, equipment, and irrigation systems.
- Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and Marathi/Hindi.
