Role & responsibilities
- Drive deployment and maturity of Lean standards (5S, QRQC, etc.) and perform regular audits; ensure timely closure of nonconformities with durable corrective and preventive actions.
- Promote and facilitate Participative Innovation initiatives by encouraging team involvement and overseeing the process from idea generation to recognition.
- Select and propose the top innovations each month for formal recognition and organize events to celebrate the winners.
- Monitor and support the advancement of QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) maturity at various organizational levels, providing guidance and support to leaders to drive further improvement.
- Follow the lean projects progress and update the associated KPIs and dashboard.
- Track, report, and update departmental KPIs.
- Stay updated on current technologies and best practices in Lean and Industry 4.0; proactively share insights and training with teams.
- Support the deployment of Low-Carbon initiatives by identifying, collecting, and communicating energy and waste reduction ideas enabled by digital tools.

- Exp:3-8yrs
- B.Tech
- Data Analysis, Data Consolidation and Reporting.
- Business Excellence for manufacturing Industry.
- Experience in supporting and monitoring of Continuous Improvement activities.
