Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue, customer acquisition, brand visibility, and business growth for our QSR restaurant. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies across offline and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Drive sales through dine-in, takeaway, delivery, corporate orders, catering, and online platforms.
- Plan and execute local-area marketing campaigns to increase outlet footfall.
- Manage digital marketing activities including social media, Google, paid advertising, and online promotions.
- Coordinate with food delivery platforms and optimize offers, listings, and visibility.
- Develop partnerships with corporates, offices, institutions, hotels, events, and local businesses.




- Generate corporate and bulk-order leads and convert them into business.
- Plan promotional campaigns, offers, discounts, loyalty programs, and customer engagement activities.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products, offers, and marketing activities.
- Work with the creative team to develop marketing content, campaigns, posters, reels, and promotional materials.
- Track campaign performance and calculate ROI and customer acquisition costs.
- Maintain sales reports and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Conduct market research to identify current customer segments and business opportunities.
- Support new outlet launches with pre-launch and post-launch marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Coordinate with Operations and Kitchen teams to ensure successful execution of promotions and campaigns.
