Job Summary

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive with strong Real Estate experience to handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, qualify leads, understand customer requirements, explain our projects, and convert potential leads into site visits and qualified sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, good knowledge of the real estate sales process, and the ability to consistently follow up with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and property preferences.
- Explain project details, specifications, pricing, amenities, location, and payment options to customers.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements and buying intent.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert qualified leads into site visits and sales opportunities.




- Coordinate with the Sales Team and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and conversions in the CRM.
- Regularly follow up with customers who have visited the site.
- Handle customer questions and basic objections professionally.
- Maintain a proper follow-up schedule and ensure no potential lead is missed.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead conversion, site-visit, and sales-support targets.
- Prepare and share regular updates on lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding lead quality and campaign-generated enquiries.
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with prospective customers throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on company projects, market trends, competitor projects, and real estate developments.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
