About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records.
- Handle attendance, leave, and employee-related queries.
- Support employee engagement and grievance resolution.




- Coordinate with management and department heads on manpower requirements.
- Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Maintain accurate employee and HR-related records.

Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong recruitment and coordination abilities.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office and basic HR processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
