About This Role




We are seeking a Unified Communications Operations Engineer to support and continuously improve Unified Communications services, ensuring high availability, operational excellence, and a positive customer experience. The role focuses on incident and change management, service optimisation, automation, and operational reporting, while leveraging data analytics and dashboarding tools to provide actionable insights and support informed business decisions. The position is based in Pune and may require shift working, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as part of operational support requirements.
