We are looking for a skilled Senior Account Executive to join our Accounts & Finance team and manage accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, reporting and financial operations in a growing IT/ERP environment.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive Accounts & Finance to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, reconciliations, MIS reporting, taxation, audit coordination and month-end/year-end closing activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Accounts & Finance, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, banking, reconciliations and MIS reporting, along with experience working on Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and strong MS Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts and accurately record financial transactions.




- Handle purchase, sales, expense, journal, cash and bank accounting entries.
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities.
- Generate invoices, debit notes, credit notes and e-invoices.
- Monitor customer outstanding and follow up for payment collections.
- Handle vendor invoice verification, payments and vendor reconciliations.
- Perform daily Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and cash reconciliation.
- Manage petty cash and employee reimbursement/expense claims.
- Handle GST 2B reconciliation and vendor GST mismatch follow-ups.
- Assist with GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and annual GST reconciliation.
- Prepare TDS workings and assist with TDS return filing, including 24Q/26Q.
- Perform 26AS reconciliation and coordinate TDS challan payments.
- Handle/verify PF, ESIC, Skilled Tax, MLWF and other statutory compliances.
- Support gratuity workings and coordinate with external consultant
