Position: Project Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Engineer to manage and execute commercial interior fit-out projects at site. The candidate should be technically strong, responsible for site execution, and capable of coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site execution of commercial interior fit-out works.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and clients.
- Read and understand civil, architectural and interior drawings.
- Monitor project progress as per schedule and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate material requirements and site deliveries.
- Check quality of work and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management.
- Coordinate inspections, approvals, snagging and handover activities.
- Support quantity verification, BOQ checking and site measurements.
- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the project site.
- Handle multiple site activities and resolve execution-related issues.
Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Freshers can apply for trainee/project engineer opportunities.
- For experienced candidates, commercial interior fit-out experience is preferred/mandatory depending on experience level.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic project documentation.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Should be ready to work on-site.
- Willingness to travel/relocate as required.
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates who can independently coordinate site activities.
- Candidates with strong commercial interior fit-out exposure will be given preference.
