Head - Corporate Affairs to join our team in Warora. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Corporate Affairs, Corporate Relations, Government Liaison, Industrial Relations, Corporate Communication, and Public Relations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective corporate affairs strategies to enhance the company's reputation and image
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, industry stakeholders, and other key partners
- Provide strategic guidance on industrial relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- Lead the development and implementation of corporate communication plans, including media relations and public relations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, providing expert advice to the leadership team
Requirements
- 15-25 years of experience in Corporate Affairs, Corporate Relations, Government Liaison, Industrial Relations,
Corporate Communication, and Public Relations
- Strong understanding of Indian laws and regulations related to corporate affairs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build robust relationships with stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a solid understanding of the Indian corporate landscape
