About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to lead property sourcing and channel partner development for our real estate business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with a real estate developer or mandate projects and a proven track record in sourcing, team handling, and generating business through Channel Partners (CPs).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a solid network of Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and property consultants.
- Identify and onboard new CPs to increase project sourcing and sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Channel Partners.
- Drive sourcing activities for developer and mandate projects.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sourcing and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations,
and property/project briefings with CPs.
- Generate leads and business opportunities through the CP network.
- Monitor market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer demand.
- Coordinate with sales, pre-sales, and closing teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Track CP performance and develop strategies to improve productivity.
- Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong local market knowledge.
- Prepare sourcing reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure healthy and consistent business flow from the Channel Partner network.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2ā10 years of experience in real estate sourcing/channel sales.
- Experience working with a real estate developer or mandate sales company is preferred.
- Strong network of Channel Partners, brokers, and property consultants in Noida/Gurgaon.
