Role & responsibilities
- Customer Engagement and Panels- Coordinate with customers, researchers, product teams, ops partners, and other internal stakeholders to keep engagements moving.
- Program Operations and Coordination - 1. Create playbooks, ADO trackers, calendars, newsletters, report-outs, and other operating mechanisms that improve visibility and follow-through. 2. Support workshops, research programs, horizontal initiatives, and recurring program rhythms across teams.
- Process, Reporting, and Improvements-1.Track dashboards, program health, customer activity, risks, dependencies, and open actions proactively. 2. Identify gaps, reduce manual effort, improve workflows, and recommend better ways to run programs at scale.

Preferred candidate profile




- 8+ years of experience in program management, research operations, customer programs, design operations, or similar roles.
- Work with an enthusiastic team of researchers and designers who value strong partnership and execution.
- Be part of an AI-first environment with high experimentation around recent tools, workflows, and ways of working.
- Contribute to programs with real strategic impact across customer engagement, product feedback, and research effectiveness.
- Work with stakeholders at global scale across multiple disciplines and geographies
