Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate parts estimates for vehicle repair and refurbishment.
- Identify the correct parts based on the vehicle model, part number, and parts catalogue.
- Create and maintain accurate BOM (Bill of Materials) for different vehicle models.
- Coordinate with the Inspection Team to improve parts recommendation accuracy.
- Update and maintain the Parts Master for new and existing parts.
- Identify alternate, equivalent, and common parts wherever applicable.
- Resolve parts-related queries from internal teams.
- Coordinate with OEMs, dealers, and external agencies for updated parts information.




- Work closely with the Technology Team to improve parts data accuracy and system processes.
- Ensure timely completion of BOM creation, correction, and data updates.

Requirements
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in Parts Management, BOM Management, or Parts Data Management.
- Strong knowledge of two-wheeler spare parts, preferably across multiple brands.
- Experience in creating, reviewing, and correcting BOMs.
- Good understanding of vehicle parts catalogues and part numbers.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry tools.
- Experience working with ERP / WMS systems is preferred.
