Excellent English communication

Positive Technical Recruiting experience or Knowledge

Coordination with Team and Management

Job Duties:

* Overall responsibility of identifying, selecting, offering and on boarding of candidates.

* Responsible for sourcing, screening applicants.

* Use multiple sourcing channels like internal databases, job boards , head- hunting, Social Media and Networking.

* Strategizing the recruitment process to ensure quality hiring

* Ability to articulate and negotiate the job offers with the candidates.

* Maintain and develop internal databases.

* Contribute to other activities including market research and Brand building.
