.In this role, you will be responsible for driving direct sales of solar energy systems (residential, commercial, and agricultural rooftop/ground-mount setups). You will identify potential clients, perform initial site assessments, consult on solar solutions, and close deals to expand our clean energy footprint. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Field Prospecting * Actively prospect and generate qualified leads through door-to-door visits, local networking, referrals, community outreach, and cold calling. * Identify prospective residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural clients interested in solar adoption. 2. Site Feasibility & Needs Assessment * Visit customer locations to conduct basic site evaluations (roof type, available shadow-free area, orientation, and electrical connection). * Analyze past electricity bills and power consumption patterns to determine optimal solar system sizing. 3. Consultation & Proposal Presentation * Educate clients on the technical and financial perks of On-Grid, Off-Grid, and Hybrid solar solutions.



* Present customized proposals, explaining estimated generation, ROI (Return on Investment), payback periods, and available government subsidies/net-metering incentives. 4. Deal Closing & Negotiation * Address client objections, discuss financing/loan options, and negotiate commercial terms. * Collect necessary documentation, sign contracts, and secure advance payments/booking tokens. 5. Coordination & Pipeline Management * Coordinate smoothly with the technical/installation team to ensure accurate site handover and timely execution. * Maintain and update daily lead pipelines, customer visits, and deal statuses in the CRM or reporting sheets. * Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
