Job Responsibilities

* Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers.

* Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.

* Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.

* Coordinate with the sales team to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

* Support the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies.

* Travel within the assigned territory as required.

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum *5 years of experience* in sales, preferably in the building materials, construction, paint, wallcare, or related industry.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage sales targets and work independently.

* *Must own a bike.*

* *Valid driving license is mandatory.*

* *Must have a smartphone* for communication, reporting, and work-related applications.





* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned location and surrounding areas.

Salary & Benefits

Salary:* 15,000 20,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.

Additional Travel Allowance* for official travel.
