Job description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented freshers to join our team as Business Development Associates.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students regarding courses, programs, career prospects, and admission processes.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable educational programs.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and parents.
Assist students throughout the enrollment and admission process.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
Address student queries and provide timely support.

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust persuasion and counseling abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
