Technical Project Manager (PE Focus):

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Own project scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans
Translate business requirements into clear technical execution plans
Manage multiple projects with competing priorities
Lead client communication, sprint ceremonies, and status reviews
Proactively identify risks and mitigation plans
Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams
Allocate tasks, track progress, and unblock teams
Maintain delivery discipline without micromanagement
Implement Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery processes
Maintain project documentation and delivery KPIs
Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years of experience as a TPM in an IT servicescompany (50-200 employees preferred)
Prior experience as a Developer (mandatory)
Strong technical familiarity with Python and React (mandatory)
Solid understanding of Product Engineering (PE)
Solid grasp of SDLC and engineering practices
Experience delivering Agile/Scrum projects
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience working with global clients (US/EU preferred)
Handson experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
Valuable to Have:
Understanding of APIs, cloud, DevOps, or data projects
Experience in fastpaced or startup environments
PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications
Experience managing distributed teams
