Reporting to the SVP Employee Success, South Asia, you will drive a comprehensive talent strategy for India,
influence the execution of global strategies for regionally based global teams and contribute to regional and country based strategies that drive a culture of engagement and equality.
Set long range talent strategy and develop annual V2MOM for India Employee Success
Influence Regional strategies and annual plans as part of the Leadership Team
Inspire and develop the ESBP team while advancing the ESBP role and operating model
Ensure the consistent delivery of global initiatives in region and give voice to regional nuances and needs
Lead priority Equality initiatives in region and partner with OOE to ensure high impact Equality Strategies are in place and championed by the business
Own various Regulatory and reputational decisions and actions with partnership from key Legal, Comp, PS&O; and HRC partners. Lead a community of these partners to proactively plan and react
