This is not a marketing manager role.

You will own the brand's growth, distribution, customer acquisition, and revenue generation across all digital channels. Your responsibility is to ensure that great products reach the right customers through the right platforms, campaigns, partnerships, and growth initiatives.

You will think like a business owner, not just a marketer—balancing growth, profitability, customer acquisition, retention, and brand expansion.

Your job is simple:
Drive profitable revenue growth while building a scalable distribution engine for the brand.

Roles & Responsibilities
Revenue & Growth Ownership
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Drive profitable business growth across all sales channels
Build and execute growth strategies for customer acquisition and retention
Identify and launch recent revenue opportunities
Monitor growth performance and business KPIs
D2C (Shopify) Growth




Own end-to-end growth of the Shopify business
Improve:
Website conversion rate (CRO)
Average Order Value (AOV)
Customer acquisition
Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
Repeat purchase rate
Optimize:
Product pages
Landing pages
Checkout experience
Offers and merchandising
Marketplace Growth
Drive business growth across:
Myntra

Ajio
Flipkart
Other marketplaces
Optimize:
Product listings
Catalog quality
Visibility
Search rankings
Conversion
Marketplace campaigns
Performance Marketing
Work with internal teams and agencies on:
