To efficiently manage the storage, movement, and documentation of materials, components,



and finished goods in alignment with production and project timelines, ensuring inventory accuracy, cost control, and timely material availability.
Manage receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of raw materials, bought-out items, hardware, and finished elevator components.
Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records in ERP/software systems.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
Ensure proper documentation of GRNs, issue slips, return slips, and stock registers.
Coordinate with purchase and accounts for invoice verification and reconciliation.
Communicate with project/site teams for dispatch planning and material requirement.
Manage logistics coordination for dispatch to installation sites.
Ensure adherence to proper stacking, labelling, and safety practices in the stores area.
