Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Answer customer enquiries and provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.
Maintain proper records of customer and assist customers with account-related queries, payments, and service requests.
Maintain a positive and qualified relationship with customers.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
