As a Property Advisor, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best property solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties based on their needs and budget.
Conduct market research to identify recent opportunities and stay updated on real estate trends.
Guide clients through the entire property transaction process, from initial consultation to closing deals.
Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and potential buyers.
Provide expert advice on property investment, legal formalities, and financial aspects.
Arrange and conduct property viewings for clients.
Negotiate and finalize deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market updates.




Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience in sales, or customer service is a plus, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
