Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
Plan and supervise daily production activities.
Coordinate with the Design, Purchase, and Quality teams.
Read and understand engineering drawings.
Monitor fabrication, assembly, and machine production.
Ensure product quality and timely completion of work.
Maintain production records and reports.
Follow safety and 5S standards.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly processes.
Ability to read mechanical drawings.
Valuable planning and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.
Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and production documentation.
