Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound PPC travel calls professionally.
Sell domestic and international flight tickets, hotel bookings, and holiday packages.
Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable travel options.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with customers to maximize conversions.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in PPC Travel Sales.
Excellent English communication and sales skills.
Experience using GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is preferred.
Robust negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Pay: ₹26,186.79 - ₹44,498.12 per month
