Job Overview:
The Ops Sup Manager is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to provide operations support services in coordination with the Operations - Core team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of operations support services in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities: Role responsibilities include but not limited to;
Ensure timely and accurate completion of complex tasks, data validations of products in support of operations, audit and agency initiatives.
Supporting management in completion of assignments to meet multiple, aggressive deadlines.




Ability to analyze and provide input on department procedures and escalates issues wherever required.
Shift timing - 24*7 shifts including late night (IST) shift start timings

Top 3 Risk if not fulfilled: Delay in Transition/ Inadequate capacity could result in negative SLA metric impact, regulatory risk and increased overtime
Workday Posting: External & Internal This req# is raised for Criticality 2 process. The role is for IC and will not have any people reporting. 100% of their time will be spent on Financial Investigation - General Ledger activities. Financial Investigation - General Ledger process is a critical process as it deals with GL outages to be reconciled and Investigated on a timely manner failing which would lead to Financial Impact.
Reconciliation and Resolution of General Ledger outages and supervise escalated issues, providing productive and effective service to Citi’s clients
