About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and cloud services.
Ensure the security, availability, and performance of all IT systems.
Lead the IT team and provide technical guidance and support.
Monitor cybersecurity, data protection, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and IT services.
Troubleshoot critical technical issues and minimize downtime.
Plan and execute IT projects, system upgrades, and technology improvements.
Maintain IT assets, software licenses, and documentation.
Prepare IT reports and support management with technology planning.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure,



networking, and system administration.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with AWS, Azure, VMware, ERP/CRM systems, and IT security.
CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, or other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
