Coordinating all CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Activities for Company.
Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities
Communication & Implementation of promotional strategies & Incentive schemes to the sales team in an effective manner to assure their understanding & success
To develop Promotional material & ensure its effective utilization by field team.
Technical customer calling for better & effective bonding with doctors
Post event follow up or Doctor/Paravets customers for better engagement
Assist marketing team in making customer oriented campaigns Monthly Compilation, Analysis and Presentation to management about all the relevant activities
