About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Conduct effective counselling sessions with prospective parents and students regarding the school's programs, facilities, and admission process.
Follow up regularly with leads generated through various marketing and admission campaigns.
Maintain admission records and update enquiry databases.
Coordinate campus visits and school tours for prospective parents.
Achieve admission targets through proactive counselling and relationship building.
Assist in admission-related events, orientations, and promotional activities.
Prior experience in admission counselling, educational counselling, telecalling, customer relations,
or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.
