Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written).
Robust negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in international sales, customer service, or voice process will be an added advantage.
