Job Title : Service Engineer / Senior Service Engineer

Location : Gurgaon

Job Role:
To look into the day-to-day functions of the service related jobs and resolve day-to-day issues in the specified Territory / Customer Allocated in the region
Commissioning and start-up support of the SCA plants to our customers in the automotive industry
Installation and servicing of equipment both electrically and mechanically
Supervision and execution of preventive maintenance and maintenance
Troubleshooting, provide service to customers, discuss with them, make route cause analysis and give presentations to customer to improve life cycle of the Product.
Customer support, follow regular service reports and information as advised from time to time.
Promote requisite spares,



submit offers & be accountable for spares orders
Payment follow up, TDS Certificate & ‘C’ form collection for all allocated customers.
Comply with regulations and standards, and protect the organization’s public reputation.
Guide service technicians to perform duties effectively.
Handle the key account directly and ensure customer satisfaction
Close Co-ordination with sales, project teams for proper execution of Installation of machine allocated & Service Plan.
Customer Training / Education to ensure better up-time of the product also guide & train internal team.
Monitoring of On Site Work shop in all respect- Turnaround time
Spare Parts availability
Route Cause Analysis
Competency Development of On Site Technicians
