Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Induction
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements aligning to workforce planning and ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies.
Prepare employment documentation and maintain recruitment records.
Facilitate seamless onboarding and induction programs for current employees.
Ensure all joining documents are collected and maintained as per company policies and compliance requirements.
Monitor onboarding experience and support recent employees during their transition into the organization.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, reward & recognition programs, and welfare initiatives.
Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and qualified manner.
Assist in conducting employee feedback surveys and implementing action plans.
Learning & Development
Support Training Need Identification (TNI) activities in coordination with department heads.
Prepare and maintain annual training calendars.




Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
Maintain training records and monitor training effectiveness.
Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and capability development.
Performance Management
Assist in the administration of performance appraisal processes.
Help monitor and track employee performance metrics.
Provide support in coordinating performance review meetings.
HR Administration
Manage HR Admin inventory, support in logístical topics, vendor management for HR activities.
Compliance & Governance
Support compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Maintain employee records and documentation required for internal and external audits.
Assist in HR compliance reviews and implementation of policy updates.
