What You'll Do Digital Marketing
Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Reddit, Quora, etc.)
Create engaging social media posts, reels, and short videos
Generate AI-powered images and videos using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, etc.
Schedule and publish content consistently
Promote our products and services through social media campaigns
Monitor engagement and prepare basic performance reports
Stay updated with the latest social media trends
HR & Office Operations
Post job openings on various job portals and social media
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
Maintain employee attendance and leave records
Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
Support day-to-day HR and office administration activities
Help organize employee engagement activities
Requirements:
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, or equivalent)
Valuable communication skills in English
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms
Comfortable using social media platforms professionally
Organized, responsible, and eager to learn
Positive attitude and positive interpersonal skills
Bonus Skills
Experience creating Instagram Reels or short-form videos
Basic video editing using CapCut, Canva, VN, or similar tools
Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing
Familiarity with Reddit and Quora communities
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
