Design Development & Space Planning.
Understand client requirements, project objectives, and design expectations.
Develop cutting-edge and functional design concepts for residential and commercial spaces.
Prepare mood boards, concept presentations, material palettes, and design proposals.
Create effective space planning solutions that maximize functionality, aesthetics, and user experience.
Ensure designs comply with project requirements, site conditions, and industry standards.
Technical Drawings & Documentation:
Furniture Layout Plans o Electrical Layouts
Ceiling Plans o Flooring Layouts
Elevations & Sections o Joinery & Furniture Details
Construction Drawings
Develop accurate technical documentation required for project execution.
Coordinate drawings with site conditions and execution requirements.
3D Visualization & Presentation:
Create high-quality 3D models using SketchUp.
Produce realistic renderings and visual presentations using V-Ray.
Present design concepts and visualizations to clients and management teams.
Modify designs based on feedback and project requirements.
Project Coordination & Site Execution:
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and suppliers.
Ensure design implementation aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
Resolve in office design and execution challenges efficiently.
Monitor workmanship quality and adherence to project standards.
Track project timelines and coordinate activities to ensure timely completion.
Material Selection & Vendor Management:
Research and recommend suitable materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, and decor elements.
Coordinate material procurement with vendors and suppliers.
Compare materials based on quality, functionality, aesthetics, and budget.
Maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and industry partners.
