Job Description: Product & Revenue Lead, e-commerce platform
Role Overview
e-commerce platform is an established and resilient B2B e-commerce platform that enables healthcare professionals (HCPs) to purchase vaccines from GSK-approved stockists. It is a proven innovation in the pharmaceutical industry, offering HCPs a convenient, reliable, and compliant vaccine-ordering experience.
We are looking for a Product & Revenue Lead to drive the next phase of e-commerce platform’s growth. The role will own product development, user and revenue growth, and platform risk management.
The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce or digital platforms, along with a sound understanding of pharmaceutical market practices and the regulatory nature of the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Development
• Own the e-commerce platform product roadmap based on market, business, and user needs.
• Translate identified needs into explicit product requirements and a prioritized development pipeline.




• Partner with technology and cross-functional teams to deliver and enhance platform capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement based on platform data and user feedback.
Revenue and User Growth
• Own revenue and user growth for the platform.
• Drive HCP acquisition, activation, engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities across the HCP journey.
• Ensure growth initiatives align with applicable pharmaceutical market practices and regulatory requirements.
Analytics and Business Insights
• Define and monitor key product, user, and revenue metrics.
• Use analytical insights to identify prospects and improve platform performance.
• Build robust business cases and scenario analyses for commercial interventions.
• Bring explicit, data-backed recommendations for business head and other stakeholders.
Process and Platform Risk Management
• Own the identification, assessment, and mitigation of platform-related process risks.
