Perform daily machine inspections and report any abnormalities or breakdowns immediately.
Carry out preventive maintenance activities as per the maintenance schedule to minimize machine downtime.
Ensure proper lubrication, cleaning, and tightening of machine components to maintain optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and rectify minor machine issues, escalating major problems to the Maintenance Engineer when required.
Maintain maintenance records, spare parts usage, and ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and preventive maintenance procedures.
