Qualifications
Robust foundation in Computer Science
Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building and maintaining production systems.
Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), testing practices, and continuous integration workflows.
Ability to analyze and debug production issues, optimize performance, and improve system reliability.
Effective communication skills and comfort working in a cooperative, feedback-oriented setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, or distributed systems is a plus.
