Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015, and OEM customer requirements.
Drive APQP, PPAP, AIAG-VDA FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA activities.
Lead internal audits, process audits, customer audits, and supplier audits.
Handle customer complaints using 8D, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, and corrective actions.
Manage customer quality and supplier quality performance.
Ensure process capability and product quality through effective quality controls.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and problem-solving tools.
Develop and mentor the Quality team while collaborating with Production, Tool Room, Process Engineering, and NPD teams.




Monitor quality KPIs and implement actions to reduce defects, rejections, and customer complaints.

Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of experience in the Automotive Plastic Injection Moulding Industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with automotive OEMs and Tier-1 customers is preferred.
