Job Summary

The Logistics Executive will manage all human resource functions for our logistics, warehouse, and transportation teams. You’ll focus on Transport system & employee relations for drivers, warehouse staff, and supply chain personnel.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year HR experience, with 1+ years supporting logistics, warehouse, or transportation teams preferred.
Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws and blue-collar workforce challenges. Experience with high-volume hiring.
Skills: Robust communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving. Comfortable working on-site in warehouse/dock environments.
Work Conditions
