We are looking for passionate and energetic GSA - F&B; Service team members to join our brand-recent luxury boutique property at Athirappilly.

Eligibility:
Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar role.
Qualification in Hotel Management / F&B; Service preferred.
Positive communication and guest-handling skills.
Positive attitude and team spirit.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet and escort guests to their tables.
Present menus and provide detailed information when required.
Prepare tables by setting up linens, cutlery, and glassware.
Suggest menu recommendations and upsell additional items when appropriate.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or order slips.
Communicate order details effectively with the kitchen team.
Serve food and beverages professionally.




Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup in the dining area.
Deliver bills and collect payments from guests.
Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery for cleaning.
