Requirements:
Experience in US Non-IT Recruitment.
Strong sourcing and screening skills using job portals and other recruitment platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
Robust organizational and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Preferred:
Experience recruiting for Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or related industries will be an added advantage.
