We are looking for a Tele caller with positive communication skills to handle outbound and inbound calls, interact with customers, and provide information about our products/services.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
Record call details and update customer information in the system.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
