Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret business data to generate meaningful insights.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using MS Excel.
Develop and maintain data models and automate reports.
Perform data validation, data cleaning, and accuracy checks.
Conduct market and business research to support decision-making.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare business reports.
Improve reporting processes using advanced Excel tools and automation.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF Functions, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Power Query; VBA is an added advantage).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or other data visualization tools is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Freshers with strong MS Excel knowledge are encouraged to apply.
