Key Responsibilities
Develop data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and model training frameworks.
Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor machine learning models to ensure performance and reliability.
Implement MLOps best practices, including CI/CD, model versioning, and automated deployment.
Work with structured and unstructured datasets to derive actionable insights.
Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
Conduct research on emerging AI, ML, and GenAI technologies and recommend improvements.
Ensure data quality, security, and compliance throughout the model lifecycle.
Prepare technical documentation and share knowledge with team members.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science,



or AI development.
Robust experience with Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Experience with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and fine-tuning techniques.
Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices for model deployment and monitoring.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Robust understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Experience with databases, data processing frameworks, and API development.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
Knowledge of vector databases and embedding models.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
Familiarity with distributed computing and big data technologies.
