Key Responsibilities
Teach Accountancy to students (Class 11, 12, and/or qualified courses, as applicable).
Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans.
Explain accounting concepts with practical examples.
Conduct regular tests, assignments, and assessments.
Monitor student progress and provide individual guidance.
Prepare students for board exams and competitive exams.
Maintain attendance, academic records, and performance reports.
Support students with doubt-solving sessions.
Collaborate with the academic team to improve teaching quality.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).
CA Inter, CA, CMA, or relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching tools is a plus.
