-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
Capable to understand portals, and compelling job descriptions
Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy and compliance
Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fi ll, source of hire) and provide regular reports
Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role
Robust understanding of full-cycle recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a quick-paced setting
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Profi ciency in using recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri etc, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
