We are seeking a proactive and customer -focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to build and maintain robust client relationships.



Key Responsibilities


- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow -ups.


- Use CRM tools to track interactions and provide personalized service.


- Generate leads through cold calling and convert them into customers.






- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.


- Support the sales team in identifying business opportunities.


- Conduct feedback surveys and share market insights with management.



Required Skills

- 1+ year experience in CRM/Sales.


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


- CRM knowledge and problem -solving ability.
