1. Oversee day -to -day operations of the rehabilitation home.
2. Coordinate programs for the rehabilitation and reintegration of residents.
3. Ensure compliance with government policies, regulations, and licensing requirements.
4. Maintain accurate records of residents, staff, and activities.
5. Supervise and support staff including counselors, social workers, and care assistants.
6. Develop individualized care and rehabilitation plans for residents.
7. Conduct regular assessments of residents’ progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
8. Coordinate with healthcare providers, social workers, and NGOs for resident support.
9. Organize vocational training, educational activities, and skill development programs.
10. Address grievances and ensure residents’ well -being and safety.
11. Prepare reports for management and funding authorities.
12. Monitor the implementation of rehabilitation policies and procedures.
13. Conduct awareness and outreach programs in the community.
14. Manage budgets and resources allocated to the home effectively.
15. Ensure a secure, supportive, and inclusive environment for all residents.
Requirements
Qualification
MBA
16. Knowledge of government social welfare policies and regulations related to rehabilitation homes.
17. Experience in planning and implementing rehabilitation or social welfare programs.
18. Ability to develop individualized care and rehabilitation plans for residents.
19. Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage staff and daily operations.
20. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
21. Empathy and ability to work with vulnerable populations (e.g., differently -abled, addicts, women, children).
22. Ability to coordinate with NGOs, government agencies, and healthcare providers.
23. Strong record -keeping, reporting, and documentation skills.
24. Problem -solving, decision -making, and crisis management skills.
25. Ability to conduct awareness programs, vocational training, and community outreach.
26. Knowledge of safety, security, and child/adult protection guidelines.
27. Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
