What you´ll do:
Support regional closing activities by updating reporting overviews, investigating significant changes across key P&L; lines and coordinating with country controllers
Prepare ad-hoc analyses, deep dives, simulations, presentations, and reports based on business needs
Validate and analyze data from different stakeholders
Lead and present smaller initiatives and projects
Contribute to the further development of the trainee program and support onboarding of current trainees towards the end of the traineeship
What makes you a good fit:
Qualified CA and one-year industrial training experience preferably in a manufacturing company.
Solid understanding of P&L; structures and the ability to interpret key drivers within a manufacturing workplace
Strong analytical skills combined with critical thinking and a high standard for quality
Highly motivated, results oriented and enthusiastic contributor with ability to work at a high level of independency
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools,
especially Excel; experience with AI-based tools is an advantage
Curious, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn quickly.
Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations across stakeholders.
Team-oriented personality, comfortable interacting with colleagues across different seniority levels
