Responsibilities
Enter purchase invoices into the company's accounting software.
Create sales invoices.
Generate e-Invoices and e-Way Bills.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, and reconciliations).
Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase records.
Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
Perform bank reconciliations as required.
Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for GST and statutory compliance.
Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
Experience in accounting and GST compliance.
Familiarity with accounting/ERP software.
Positive knowledge of GST, e-Invoicing, and e-Way Bills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Solid attention to detail.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra
