Marketing Planning & Campaign Execution
Plan and execute project-wise marketing campaigns (pre-launch, launch, sustenance).
Align marketing initiatives with sales targets, inventory movement, and lead funnels.
Ensure timely rollout across digital, print, OOH, and on-ground channels.
Track campaign performance and optimize for effectiveness.
Events, Expos & Activations
Lead execution of property expos, project launches, site events, and industry exhibitions.
Manage end-to-end event execution including branding, logistics, vendors, and manpower.
Ensure lead capture, CRM tagging, and post-event coordination with sales.
Analyze ROI, lead quality, and conversions.
Digital Marketing & Agency Management
Act as SPOC for creative, digital, and social media agencies.
Approve content calendars, creatives, paid campaigns, and execution timelines.
Monitor KPIs such as leads, CPL, engagement, and brand consistency.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
